1. What does PlayLogic sell?
We offer technology and electronics designed for learning, creativity, and entertainment — including tablets and other smart educational devices.
2. How long is delivery?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days depending on location and courier processing times.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
3. Do you offer returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
We will assist with a replacement or resolution.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may not be cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at contact@playlogic.co.za — approval is not guaranteed.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Once approved, refunds may take several business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted South African payment gateways.
9. I entered the wrong address — what now?
Email us immediately. If the order has already shipped, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
PlayLogic is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
10. What if my parcel is delayed?
Courier delays can occur due to high volumes, public holidays, or regional transit times. We will assist in tracking and resolving where possible, but courier delays are outside our control.
