Return and refund Policy

At PlayLogic, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery.


1. Return Window

Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns submitted after 90 days may be declined.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Undamaged

  • With all components, accessories, and packaging (where applicable)

Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Physically damaged

  • Misused or modified

  • Missing parts

  • Outside the 90-day window

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds may be issued to the original method of payment.

Refund processing time may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved for defective or damaged products within the 90-day window. If an item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

Customers must report defective, damaged, or missing items within 7 days of delivery for resolution. Evidence (photos/video) may be required.


7. Incorrect Details / Failed Delivery

Returns resulting from incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.


8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

PlayLogic reserves the right to reject returns suspected of:

  • Abuse

  • Wear-and-return behavior

  • Chargeback fraud

  • Misrepresentation of condition
